■ LLC PKF «Silvery Sphere» has developed and installed Production Automatic Control System for JSC «Bologovsky Dairy Factory», one of the largest in this branch. The ACS allowed automating the process of management in this food production by interaction between ice accumulator and hydroblock. As a result of ACS implementation the following problems are solved:
- stabilizing acquisition of ice water (t = - 0,2 *C) at constant pressure (2,4 bar), irrespective of change of quantity of consumers and thermal loadings;
- decreasing power consumption on the average on 5-6 % per day, and at the same time increasing reliability of the equipment;
- Considerable reduce of expenses for servicing this productions.
- Additional installation of ACP (automatic compensatory plant) has allowed to lower the reactive component in power consumption (cos F).
At the moment we negotiate with other industrial enterprises which were interested in this development of experts of LLC PKF «Silvery Sphere».
■ The department of art design of LLC PKF «Silvery sphere» works hardly. Experts developed the original project of exhibition hall design for JSC "ROSNO" as a part of "Allianz" - leading suppliers of insurance and financial services in the world, participants of the International air show «MAX 2009» (the Moscow region, Zhukovsky, Russia).
■ «Stoklenta» it is the new stand for the company "Zhiltorg" on the ХХI International exhibition of the real estate «DOMEXPO - 2009» (08th October – 11th October 2009 in Moscow, Central Exhibition Center "Gostini dvor"). By tradition LLC PKF «Silvery sphere» have done this stand. The stand has been noted by the Diploma of organizers of an exhibition.
■ We continue successful cooperation with «Russian Traditions» Company, one of leading suppliers of caviar of noble fishes.
Design works on the exhibitions stand were successfully done for the participation of Company «Russian Traditions» in the International Exhibition «European Seafood 2009» (Bruxelles, Belgium).
Bright image-booklet was also designed for this exhibition. It shows the visitors the main types of manufactured products and the activity of the company.
In October the firms have taken the most active part in a specialised International Exhibition «INTERFISH 2009» (19th October – 22nd October 2009, Moscow, Russia). The new design project is worked up and the original exhibition stand is constructed, which, undoubtedly, has drawn attention and has surprised visitors and participants of the given exhibition.
■ At the yearly exhibition of luxury «Millionaire Faire», (23rd October – 25th October 2009, Central Exhibition Center "Arena") LLC PKF «Silvery sphere» works up and builds up traditionally some bright stands. Services are rendered in furniture of stands and working up of design of interiors of the exhibitions stands. This year among our customers is the VIP Magazine "СOLLEZIONE".
■ The beautiful, original stand for the Company "SIEMENS" is executed of LLC PKF «Silvery sphere» at the International exhibition «Electrical networks of Russia (LEP) 2009», this exhibition taken place in the All-Russian Exhibition Centre in the beginning of December. Representatives of Company "SIEMENS" noted high quality of works and professionalism of managers and leaders of the given project.
■ «As always it is excellent!» - such estimation from the constant Customers, company "AREVA", was deserved the collective of LLC PKF «Silvery sphere» for the bright, non-standard stand, which was worked up and constructed at the All-Russian Exhibition Centre «Electrical networks of Russia (LEP) 2009».
Long-term cooperation between the companies continues and develops: this year the builder has offered nonconventional service, in advantage estimated by employees of company" AREVA ", it is the organisation of a catering for colleagues working at an exhibition. Original dishes and drinks for a dinner delivered in due time – it appears, it is that what is necessary!
■ For the partners, firm "Smart service", that offer services in the rent of audio- and- video equipment for exhibitions, LLC PKF «Silvery sphere» worked up the original design and build the compact, but very functional stand for the exhibition «Integrated Systems Russia 2009» (8th December – 10th December, "Gostiniy dvor", Moscow, Russia).
